What is it

A PURE Risk Manager or trusted expert from our wildfire partner will inspect the exterior of your home and property for areas that are vulnerable to wildfire. You’ll receive a risk report with tailored guidance and help coordinating improvements where desired.

How it works

Homes in eligible states are prioritized based on location and team availability. When we’re in your area, we’ll reach out to schedule your complimentary assessment.

The assessment

Scope

Exterior-only review of structures and landscaping to identify vulnerabilities with regards to wildfire risk (e.g., roofs, siding, vents, near-home vegetation).

Timing

Typically, one hour for a single-family home. Larger or more complex properties may take longer.

Cost

Complimentary for eligible members.
